The item I ordered arrived damaged, faulty or doesn't work as intended
If you believe your order is damaged, faulty, or doesn’t meet the description advertised on our site, please contact us via our instagram, or the contact page on our website to arrange a return or exchange.
If the item you received doesn’t meet our quality standards we will be happy to organize a replacement for you free of charge. Unfortunately we are unable to compensate for damage caused during the shipping process after your order has been posted by us, but all orders are posted in protective packaging materials to prevent this as best as possible.
I've changed my mind and no longer want the item I ordered
If the products you ordered are still in brand-new condition, with original packaging retained, we are able to offer change of mind returns on full or partial orders within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us to arrange for your order to be posted back to us, and we will offer a full refund (excluding postage costs where applicable). Postage costs for change of mind returns are to be organized and paid for by the customer.
